The perfect end to a holiday! Having just spent two weeks in Hua Hin, we had pre-booked this hotel for four nights prior to our return to the UK, despite one or two negative comments in earlier reviews. Having booked a Platinum room, on arrival we were upgraded to a Diamond Suite by the very friendly Reception staff. The room, on the 30th floor, was superb, beautifully furnished with a queen size bed, large bathroom & shower, kitchenette and lounge not to mention two LCD TV's! All the staff, without exeption, were friendly, polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent as was the a la carte dinners we enjoyed on a couple of occassions. Afternoon tea and pastries in The BonBon deli was a delight but not good for the waistline! The Management should be proud of their new hotel and particularly their staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok.

| "No problems staying at this wonderfull hotel, everything perfect, breakfasts very good, only gripe was no seperate shower in bathroom, [silver room] although we were aware of this at time of booking. Staff all friendly and efficent, I even managed to negotiate a later check out time at no cost. minutes from skytrain if you are walking and 7-11 store only yards away, set back from Sukhumvit Road but no problems walking back late at night. free hotel tuk tuk if you dont want to walk, pool good but water slightly cold [but refreshing] The hotel is fine I would recomend it." |
