| "I cannot fault Asia Rooms service when booking a room. However I would not receommend the Grand Tower Inn - Rama VI to anybody. Firstly the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Even some of the taxi drivers had trouble finding it. The reception staff were efficient but didn't show much of the famous Thai smile and happy service. I felt at times that the guests were an inconvenience to reception. The room service menu consisted of entirely Thai food - even that was limited in choice. I would at least expect to see a couple of western / international choices - say a club sandwich - but nothing. I needed to stay one extra night - so I asked reception for the rate - they asked for 2900 baht for one night - when booking through Asia Rooms I paid 1950 baht. There was no negotiation - seeing the hotel was approx 50% occupancy you would think they would want to offer at least a small discount - but no - to be honest it would have been easier and probably cost the same to stay the extra night after taking into consideration the taxi cost & the hassle of moving to another hotel for one night but I just felt that that the hotel did not value my custom and could not care whether I stayed or not.I am a regular traveller to Bangkok so the Majestic Grande have lost my future custom but I would definitely book with Asia Rooms again. | "Had a good nights stay at Grand Tower Inn Rama.
Room was nice in a High floor as i requested. I was
quite pleased with the decor and friendly and polite staff. Nothing too flash but ok. Cleaners as ever do
a marvellous Job and everything nicely laid out.
The only down point i would make is the Location, which
is in a rather out of the way area. I decided to go walkabout, then after a while thought it was pointless so i jumped on a Taxi to the MBK centre which was great. The Pool was ok on the top floor
though the lifts are painfully slow. Overall it was
ok for a nights stay, so i wont complain too much, as
the people there were so nice." |

| "The staff were wonderful...very friendly and helpful but the location of the hotel wasn't good for us. Too far from the skytrain or subway. The breakfast buffet was mediocre for farangs! room was ok but bathroom needs renovation. Better lighting for reading would be nice. For the price, I think we can do better. " |

| "Hotel should provide ironing board. This is important as guests need to iron their crumpled clothes so they'll look their best when attending seminars." |

| "The hotel is nice, and the quality of the rooms is very good for the price. But there i a big problem with the elevator: is always full and you have to wait always at least 10 minutes! in the morning for the breakfast i had to wait 15 minutes for the elevator...incredible! Then is very hard to find taxi in that area, because is so far from the city, but very close to airport and weekend market. The massage on 23rd floor very bad service and expensive, and they do different price btw thai people and "farang" (my thai friend checked). Anyway still a very good choice for the money." |

| "Beautiful hotel. Only concern is you need to take a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the nearest skytrain station." |
