The Location of the hotel is good, near to BTS. There is no hot water in the room, no boiler in room to boil water, the location of TV is a bit strange, at the sides of the bed, not in front of bed. There is not enough hot water for bathing.

| "Don't be fooled by the opulent lobby and smartly dressed staff on show - the rooms & corridors are plain, reek of tobacco smoke and have a general 'tired' feel to them, with replacements of carpets and curtains a real need.
On the plus side the bedding was clean and the location of the hotel 5 mins walk from Thong Lor BTS station was useful.
Next time I would be prepared to pay more for an upmarket hotel.

| "Very nice hotel in a very quiet spot just behind the frantic and noisy Sukhumvit Road. Quite close to the Skytrain too. The clientele is mainly Japanese: quiet, clean and well educated, the kind of neighbours I appreciate most. The staff is very kind and helpful and make you feel at home. In all respects, great value for money." |

| "This hotel I would say is mainly for Japanese Business people, and for people wanting a quiet holiday. Very few of the staff spoke English although they were very polite and very helpful, this lack of English caused some problems. My wife and I were married on the last Friday and I ordered a large bouquet of flowers but the hotel would not allow them to deliver it to the room, we had to go down to the reception area to collect them. Also, no recognition from the hotel, not even a bowl of fruit or anything special on the occasion, very poor service. My return flight was at 0130 on the Wednesday morning, on booking I had requested a late checkout. The normal checkout was 12 noon, but when I enquired about my late checkout, they said we could checkout at 6pm provided we paid a full day for the room. So we booked another hotel room nearer the airport for only £10, which was adequate for the time we needed it. I would not stay at this hotel again, and would not recommend it to anyone hoping for a romantic holiday, the only plus is it was quiet, near to the Sky Train, close to the main shopping areas and good on street food stalls at night. Also, the internet access was expensive as was printing and photo copies, but you did get wireless if you had your laptop. " |
