The hotel is perfect for the amount paid.Good location, excellent facilities. Just book the Hotel ! Do it !! You won't disappointed.

| "Location is really convenient, 10 mins walk can reach the biggest Central World shopping mall. Good and pleasant receipents; clean and amazing big room with good facilities (LCDTV, HiFi, WiFi access); nice swimming pool and Gym facilities. " |

| "The room is very nice, seem like at home. Facilities are suitable for all the family member, playroom for children is very clean, big and many toys for children. The gym room have many kind of machine, also have a reading room. Even the swimming pool is smaller than the other grade 5's hotel, but it's environment is slience for everyone to enjoy and relax.
One thing is strange, after I back to home, I appearred that I left my cell phone there, then I contact them by email. I remembered that I kept my cell phone in my luaggage and haven't been closed when I was going out. Their Guest Services staff replied me that they appeared my cell phone in the room after I check out, but I remembered that when I was checked out, I need to wait at lobby for more than 10 minutes cos the reception told me that their housekeeper was checked my room.
But they sent it back to me in a couple of day. Their guest service staff are very efficient but all the information such as my telephone no. and all the photos has been deleted. It's strange.
The bell boy who called a taxi for me is not profession, when I left for airport, he called the taxi for me, I wondered it's a "by meter" taxi, after the taxi left the door of the hotel, the taxi driver bargained the costs with me, it made me shocked, cos it's not happened when I asked for taxi service at the other hotel." |

| "Overall I am please with my stay except during check in the staff are unable to understand that the hotel voucher include breakfast paid for my child. Have to waste time checking with Asia Room to confirm I have paid for my child breakfast when its clearly stated in the voucher. " |
