Smaller rooms & bathrooms than the Intercontinental, a bit cramped for families but if there's just 2-3 of you in the room, it's good value at a very great location. It's cheaper than the Intercontinental minus the airiness & space. We were on the 5th floor, a non-smoking floor, but someone's been smoking in the hall & management hasn't been paying attention. At night, when we return to our rooms the hall stinks of cigarette smoke.

| "Just stayed 5 nights at the Holiday Inn Bangkok.
The location, service, cleanliness and facilities perfect, absolutely no complaints. The only draw back was that we had three people in the one room and it was a bit tight on space. That aside would highly recommend this hotel and we would stay there again." |

| "Found the service in the hotel to be very good and the only real grump I have is with the plug system in the basins in that they often don't seal very well and you see the water draining out before you have time to use it. I guess the other thing would be the light switch for the wardrobes in that if you weren't very careful closing them you would find a light on after tucking yourself into bed but this is only a minor thing." |
