| "A very clean hotel and only a short 10min walk to the sky train. Lovely breakfast. There are not many places to eat out near by in the evenings, so we ate twice in the hotel's Irish pub due to heavy rain. The thai food was very good. The price was quite high for Bangkok but it was one of the few places who would allow a triple booking. " |

| "The Holiday Inn, was just wonderful. We have stayed in this hotel before and it was great. Has all the facilities and more. Is central to the CBD and close enough to the night markets and entertainment.
We were upgraded to a executive room. The room was beautiful with all the mod cons and very comfortable. We thank the staff for making our visit to the hotel very nice. A very welcoming hotel with excellent staff and service in all area's. Highly recommend this hotel, Thank you. And thank you Asia rooms for being so effecient again." |

| "The Holiday Inn Silom could hardly have been better. EVERY staff member was exceedingly pleasant, helpful and friendly : nothing was a problem, despite our two tearaway young children!
The rooms were very very comfortable, breakfast superb, and lovely pool! We cant wait to get back there. Many thanks, emily gibbs" |

| "Good business class hotel with excellent staff & service levels. Hotel itself is a little aged, but the interior seems to have been refurbished. I think the hotel used to be managed by the Hyatt group before Holiday Inn. Staff were friendly and professional and breakfast was of good quality. Room itself was very clean and I especially liked the choice of pillows, etc. that made the stay somewhat more pleasant. What could not be controlled though was the size & age of room and bathrooms, which was smaller than expected, else kudos to the hotel itself! Free internet access would also have been a bonus. Paid for 1 day use (ard USD$15 per day), but was disappointed by the service provider as the bandwidth provided was slow to say the least, esp given the cost." |

| "Holiday Inn Silom Road was better than expected. Cannot find anything to fault (for the price we paid). Two wonderful things I hadn't read about here before booking... probably the best breakfast buffet ever and definately the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Go for it." |

| "We stayed in this hotel twice, either side of a trip to Koh Lanta. The ratings I gave are based on our second stay. Our 1st room was rather disapointing, rather dated and a bit damp smelling (the bathrooms do not have extractor fans!) For our second stay we had one of the recently renovated rooms and it really was great, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Yes, I would recommend this hotel but ask for one of the renovated rooms. Rooms aside, this is a well equipped hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The swimming pool area was a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The hotel is within a short walking distance of restuarants and bars if you don't fancy paying the rather high prices for the food at the hotel itself. " |

| "We stayed in the 'superior' rooms for our first 3 nights, which apparetnly had been recently renovated, but smelt damp and the carpets were dirty (most certainly did not look renovated!) We asked to change to another room, but the smell was stil there. The room was a nice size but the bathroom was tiny! The room had no view. On our return to Bangkok we stayed for one night and were updraded to the executive room which had just been refurbished - very nice! Comfortable bed, views, and a great bathroom! Service in the hotel was great - very friendly and helpful. They love kids!!" |
