"Great value for money. Good size rooms and the staff were always polite and helpful, however their English skills were average. The free Tuk-Tuk was a bonus. Parts of the hotel urgently need renovation as they were little worn. "

"great location. love the free breakfast with western and thai food! free internet in lounge is nice. staff is helpful and very hospitable. room was a little cramped but worked out well. the balcony overlooked a cement wall, which was odd, tv has limited channels but we weren't there to watch tv anyway! overall a great deal. "Nice hotel, quite a good location, about 10 minute walk from the famous Koah san road. our view was the wall off another building so room always dark but was fine for us as we sight seeing alot. overall nice hotel good breakfasts. Had a courtesy tuk tuk to koah san road. "

"very clean hotel for a great price. no public transportation nearby so you'll need your own car (free parking provided) or rely on taxi. cozy neighborhood with lots of greenery. nice beergarden right next to it. hotel staff very friendly. we appreciated the fake parquet floors in the room as well since they're very clean and don't stain like old carpets. the hotel is pretty old but very well maintained. breakfast is good, but needs some more thai dishes like khaw tom (boiled rice). i'd definitely go there again."

"This hotel is too far from downtown. The breakfast is okay, but not as good as at other hotels I've stayed in. The windowns facing front of hotel aren't screened, so you can't open windows at night to get fresh air. The Mosquitos are agressive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to foreigners. "

"Good spacious clean room.staff were friendly.free tuk tuk ride to the main street kaosan road.only took about 3 minutes.acceptable gym for general wholebody workout but mainly for upperbody.its tempting to drink in kaosan road as its mainly targeted for tourists who wish to spend drunk nights here.so be prepared to spend lots of money as i have had my share of spending.other than this i would recommend this hotel but im not too sure if i would visit kaosan road again.would not recommend kaosan road for those with children during nighttime as there are things going on around here.but during daytime its ok to do some shopping :) warm regards Mr A"
