Would I stay at this location
again:

Probably not
The room was lovely but because the hotel is very popular with large Asian tour groups people arrived in large groups at all time sof night and were extremely loud. We didn't get many good nights sleep (even though the beds were very comfortable). Staff were friendly but very limited English which was quite frustrating for even very basic things.

"we enjoyed our stay,it was an ideal location for us,nice and clean and friendly staff"

"Overall the hotel stay was a much more pleasant experience than when I travel to thailand last year and stayed at a different hotel. The rooms were perfect fit, they looked as the pictures and descriptions that are provided online. Another positive was that there was no extra fee for my fiancee to stay with me. Maybe it was how I booked the room or hotel policy. The service was very knowledgeable about the area, where specific places are, how to say certain items in thai so that taxi drivers would know specifically where to go, as well as helping to order out for dinner as well. "The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is certainly not aimed for the Western traveller as many staff could not speak too much English and the breakfast was definately not to our liking (we only ate toast!). The location was ok, but the walk to the Skytrain was too far and we had to ride in taxi's/tuk tuk's to get anywhere. The staff were still very friendly. Would come again if on a budget. "

"clean and good-size rooms. nothing special in terms of decoration, also not sure whether i'd call this hotel "boutique-style". the location is somewhat remote, better to have a car, otherwise rely on taxi service. i would move the breakfast buffet downstairs as it is much nicer than on the 9th floor. good overall value though!"

"the hotel is a little out of it but I think in time it will be better surrounded by more bars There is a kareoke bar next door that serves good food and is full of locals. futher down the road 150yds good cheap bar that has the potential of being better. the beer prices in the hotel bar were good and cheap and the staff were very helpful. needs to be on the map more with the airport taxi drivers as few taxi drivers knew where it was . the local taxi drivers that did park out side couldnt do enough for you and could take you into the center or the airport at very reasonable rates. seemed to be oriontated to koren and eastern guest than to european especialy at breakfast but did serve cereals if asked for overall would recommend and would stay agian spacious quite rooms with good lift internet available would class as a very good 2 star or reasonable 3 star hotel"
