| "This hotel was good value for money and we found the location quite good. We could walk to the Pratunam Markets and the Sky Train. Food at the hotel was good and resonably priced. Only problem with our room was the dirty carpet but they are now removing carpet and laying timber flooring I have been told. Try the Banana pancakes from the street stall at night, they are delicious and only 20 baht. Take the hotel card when you go out and give to the taxi drivers as has the address in Thai so makes it easier." |

| "Rooms are big and windows can be open to air the room as and when required.
Air con is cold enough and also staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and housekeeping did a good job in doing up the room.
Only 2 complaints, the bathroom is ok but the shower area is too small and water takes time to drain away despite the housekeeping fixing the problem. And there's no room service, though you can order take away from the hotel cafe and collect it at the lobby when ready.

| "The location is actually quite good, with really just a 10-min walk from the BTS - provided you get off and head towards Center One, at Victory Monument. Along the walkway, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and food offerings, with even a public park (Santhi Phab Park) in the vicinity - hence I rated this place great for families. In spite of the infamous crawl, getting to anywhere from here is not too bad.
The hotel service is a real surprise - friendly, efficient and helpful. Their attentiveness to your needs and warmth outweight whatever language barrier there may be. Room is a nice size, very clean sheets and bathroom, complete with the basics. Absolutely no frills, lots of privacy and booking via AsiaRooms made it a steal, with buffet breakfast included. A sumptuous meal, complete with continental and local offerings, great freshly brewed coffee too.
A clear signage warn against using cabs waiting in front of the hotel and to ask for assistance. Hence, concierge and security personnel will help hail a cab to anywhere, almost anytime of the day.
Almost didn't feel like leaving the room for the city sights..." |

| "The room is clean but with ants in bathroom. The room service for foods (sandwich & soup noodle) is delicious. The water temperature of shower is either too hot and cold. Locations from nearest BTS station around 15 min. walking. " |

| "Excellent service and very clean. Not so many frills but all the 'essential' comforts and value for money. It is a bit of a walk to the Skytrain (5-10 min) and the main shopping areas but there are enough shops, supermarkets and restaurants conveniently located round the corner on Thanon Rang Nam and at the Century shopping centre." |
