| "The hotel overall was quite good.
The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. The pool was clean and refreshing.
The room was clean and sizeable, however the beds and pillows were very hard.
The location was good- very easily accessible to the shopping district.
I recommend this hotel to someone who wants a clean, safe and budget hotel in the city.

| "Stayed for 4 days in this hotel. Service was good. Good location for shopping.. Staff was very polite.. Made use of their limo service on our way back due to the many luggages we had, price's reasonable.. Will definitely go back there again.. " |

| "It's not expensive compared to Arnoma Hotel but it is not cheap either when compared to Baiyoke Hotel.
Bathroom condition can be improved (too small, bathtub looks dirty, piping for toilet bowl is so bad that it was leaking piss). Room has a musky smell (actually more stale than musky..) Otherwise, good hotel with good location where you can get local food and shopping at Pratunam market which is just below the hotel. Best of all, 7-11 is just right opposite lobby and across the streets, you have a dozens massage parlors! " |

| "On behalf of my friend Manuela Tripi and I our stay was with a doubt the most comfortable and enjoyable experience we have had in a long time.
We can honestly say this hotel was home away from home.
It was beautifully designed and decorated, a real pleasure to walk into. I particularly liked the wall panelling around the lifts of Level 8 where our room was situated.
We were amazed at how quiet it was at all times, which made sleeping a pleasure. The beds were very comfortable too and because the room was kept clean for us, we made an effort to keep it tidy when we left each morning. I hope we didn't disappoint you in that area.
We will most certainly book another room at the Indra Regent Hotel on our next visit to Bangkok.
Thank you Management and all the Staff for making our stay a pleasure.

| "Very good service,the hotel was very good for business people,very busy and a lot of in and out all the times. Anyway,we had a good time, swimming pool was nice and clean. The service was great but the food was too expensive (1 dish of fired rice was 5 euro). The location was not good for us as we looked for something FAMILY as we were with 3 kids and grandmum, don't think we will be back to this area again next trip." |

| "Although centrally located the Indra is showing its age and has become outdated. This is reflected in the decor and the attitude of the staff. The room rate which I was given was competitive, but the additional charges for all services, bar, restaurant and room services were very expensive and not good value for money. I stayed there because a travelling companion had fond memories of the place from 30 years ago.
His impressions are now the same as mine and we would not stay there again." |
