We arrived at BKK airport from Phuket after having booked the Indra 2 days prior using Asiarooms for our first time. The booking was a breeze and reply really quick. The meter taxi from the airport was 400Bht using the tollway and took about an hour. Reception at Indra was quick very efficient and friendly with no problems. We were really impressed with the facilities and service and the room was really pleasant with a pretty good view over BKK. The location is ideal for all sorts of activities and close enough to good departments stores for shopping and public transport was close enough. Big bonus is the markets under and around the hotel and the easy access to food courts and 711 stores as the in house meals and drinks were pretty exp. The morning buffet brekky is magnificent and caters for all tastes and is a bit of a catch if trying to watch the waistline. Nice roomy pool with good serice and facilities. Meter taxi return to airport around 300Bht. will definately stay there again if in BKK. Really happy.

| "The hotel overall was quite good.
The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. The pool was clean and refreshing.
The room was clean and sizeable, however the beds and pillows were very hard.
The location was good- very easily accessible to the shopping district.
I recommend this hotel to someone who wants a clean, safe and budget hotel in the city.

| "Stayed for 4 days in this hotel. Service was good. Good location for shopping.. Staff was very polite.. Made use of their limo service on our way back due to the many luggages we had, price's reasonable.. Will definitely go back there again.. " |

| "It's not expensive compared to Arnoma Hotel but it is not cheap either when compared to Baiyoke Hotel.
Bathroom condition can be improved (too small, bathtub looks dirty, piping for toilet bowl is so bad that it was leaking piss). Room has a musky smell (actually more stale than musky..) Otherwise, good hotel with good location where you can get local food and shopping at Pratunam market which is just below the hotel. Best of all, 7-11 is just right opposite lobby and across the streets, you have a dozens massage parlors! " |
