| "My stay was fantastic. One of the most pleasant Marriots I have stayed in, and I have stayed in quite a few throughout North America. The service was immediate and friendly as well, the selection of three fine dining facilities with a variety of ethnic choices a big plus.
Thanks for the great experience!" |

| "First i hesitated to stay here because the rates were less ,fearing
that i may not get a five star service but everything was fine, like the roomsize, the toilet, cleanliness, location was simply superb, and the staff were also very good.I have travelled many countries and stayed mostly in five star hotels but i have not stayed in Marriott group, now i feel that i should look for Marriott in the net before planning to travel.only minus point is the lounge,it is too small with less seating.Greatest of all we were allowed to check-in early without any extra cost.i think this place will suit all type of travellers." |

| "Location was good. Very near to two sky-trains. There are two smallish shopping complexes opposite the hotel where you can get groceries, coffee (starbucks and equivalent aplenty) and a quick bite. The shopping belt of Bangkok with its mega and glitzy malls is just a short walk away - about 10 mins. Excellent gym facilities and spa area with lounge, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. " |

| "If you need to relax after a busy day or a long flight, this is your hotel.
Not in the City Center but close enough to go there if needed.
Service people had been nice and responcive even they keep the distance." |

| "The JW Marriott in Bangkok is a disgrace to the JW initials. I stayed in a suite for 6 nights, and received the worst service I have had in any Thailand hotel in 20 years. The staff is unresponsive. They made blatant mistakes (including a security breach) and reacted by hoping the problem will just go away. They act like free agents unconcerned about your comfort and safety. You can't get a straight answer to simple questions, and the only thing the staff is readily available for is trying to sell you (and upsell) stuff that you didn't ask for. I have stayed in JW's before, most notably the JW Marriott in Hong Kong for a total of 60 nights. It is unfair to the name of JW Marriott to have a renegade operation like this Bangkok branch continue unchecked. I wholeheartedly recommend against staying there." |

| "This was my first stay in JW Marriott. It's an excellent Hotel and above all the staff was very nice and courteous. I travel to Bangkok regularly so i can just say that this is one of the best Hotels on Sukhumvit." |
