| "Location is convenient. Next to Baiyoke Sky Tower 2 and Indra Square wholesale market. Walking distance (abt 15 mins) to Platinum Mall, Central World, Pratunam Market etc. Morning and night market, 7 eleven convenient shops available within the vicinity of the hotel. Plenty of tuk tuk and taxi around.
The breakfast at the hotel is quite sad only 3 choices available and you can only pick one from choices of 2 eggs, parantha or puri. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. However, the hotel towels need to be more clean. Overall cleanliness is ok and definitely value for money.

| "i probably will not stay in the hotel again.the balcony door is spoilt, the foyer light not working, worst the hot water system is either burning hot,or cold . you cannot adjust the temperature. when the sevice staff came, i told him abt the problems, he said the heater is spoilt and went off, never come back. i callup the manager again and the manager said the heater cannot be adjusted, you have to bath the cold water. they don't even bother to change a room for you, they will tell you all rooms is the same.
my family stay there for 3 night with only 1 roll of toilet paper. housekeeping do not replenish the bottle water and toilet paper.

| "not up to standard. very disappointed with the hotel and service. only location was good. welcome with mosquitoes in the room.very noise at night, can't sleep well as the room doors not noise proof like other hotels in pratunam areas. This hotel gave us a connection room with another family whom were noisy throughout the nights. toilet was small and wet the whole toilet including the wash basin after each shower. its not suitable for family esp with kids. i won't stay in this hotel again and won't recommend this hotel to anyone." |

| "We booked 4 rooms and stayed for 5 nights. When we checked in, one of the room's air-conditioner is spoilt (not cool after switching on for a long time) and the bathrooms of 2 rooms are smelly and there are flies in the bathroom possibly because of long disused.
To their credit, the staffs of Khurana Inn are friendly and tried to remedied the situation as best as possible. My parents were given a room changed as the air-conditioned doesn't work, our room was given a brand-new fridge by the end of the first day. And they spray air-fresher in the bathrooms. But the smell comes back again and there wasn't much they can do about it since the smell comes from the drain underground.
The cleaning can be improved because after housekeeping I still see hairs on the floor! And on the first day, we have to mentioned that the previous guests left some foods in the fridge which they failed to remove.
Since Khurana Inn caters primarily to Indian guests (to our surprise!), their breakfast menu has curries and Indian foods. However, they only have one male staff who has to take order, serves foods and clean the tables in the morning. Poor guy.
The location of the hotel is great, there are plenty of street hawkers that sells clothes and foot massages palours. However, many taxi drivers isn't aware of the hotel and we have to tell them to go to Baiyoke Sky Hotel and walk to our hotel.
Overall, I'll say our experience there is average.

| "We stayed in this place for 3 nights and in my experience, this "3 star" Inn cannot even compare with a guest house and hostel.
1. Sheets outside of blanket are fine, but the bedsheets underneath are dirty with yellow and blood stains, complained every day but never improved, we have to wear outfit to sleep. In my opinion, these bedsheets need to be destroyed. It never happened to us in other guest house and hostel we stayed worldwide, not to mention 3 star hotel.
2. No chair in room, the tiny table is almost collapsed
3. They advertised that every room has balcony, but the room we stayed has none. AC is loud and make us feel like stayed in a factory. AC turns off automatically while we are out, it takes at least 2 hrs to cool the room down while outside is 35 degree.
4.AC turns off during the night in the lobby which shared with the restaurant. the breakfast included only start at 9am when most of the tourist left already. The restaurant is so hot in the morning without AC and the service is way too slow. We waited our order for half an hour in heat and have to leave before the order comes.
5. No English news channel at all, only a few channels in English and Thai. Most of them are Indian channels. " |
