We stayed at this hotel during our Honeymoon and the staff were so helpful and friendly and even made a cake to congratulate us!! Couldn’t have asked for more! They have an excellent boat service to take you into Bangkok and drop you near to the Sky Train - brilliant for getting around!

"ROOM SIZE IN GENERAL IS ACCPTABLE . BATH ROOM SIZE IS SMALL . THE BOAT SHUTTEL TRANSPORTATION IS EXCELENT. SWIMMING POOL IS GOOD , BUT FULL OF KIDS . I NOTICED THAT THE BED COVERS ARE NOT CHANGED AND THEY JUST RE-ORGANIZE THE BED WITHOUT CHANGING THE COVERS .T.V CHANNELS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ARAB VIEWERS . ONLY ONE ARABIC CHANNEL .THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD IN GENERAL. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much in this relaxed environment and would certainly consider returning. My only complaint is the cost of an 11 minute call to a UK mobile telephone which, if I remember correctly, cost the equivalent of UK £45. I cannot see how this is justified and will be taking it up with Marriott's management."

"The rooms, facilities and service in the Marriott Resort more than met my expectations. I would recommend the resort to anyone who wants a perfect getaway and refuge within the city and yet still be able to access the sights and shopping that Bangkok has to offer."

"The Hotel is expansive and well maintained but the overall personal touch and care one finds in the rest of Thailand is missing. Breakfast was crowded and many items would finish and had to be pointed out and one had to keep waiting. No one supervised the counters.Cutlery and furniture requires much improvement. Missed having a relaxed breakfast by the river as I had hoped to. Also could not catch up on the rest of the DVDs we were carrying as there was no individual DVD player available in the room which facility we really enjoyed at Chaing Mai and Koh Samui hotels."

| "Hotel is very clean & the service is excellent.Well located on the river with the free shuttle boat to the skytrain a real bonus. The price of drinks at"Trader Vics" a bar in the resort is an absolute joke.Approx $9.50 AUD for a small beer,no thanks.
Meals are expensive.Overall not good value for money for the average couple traveller if you wish to reside at the hotel facilities and not venture to far.
