| "Spent 3 hectic days in Bangkok with my girlfriend and this hotel provided all and more for a whistle stop of this great city. Stayed in many hotels across the world and this certainly lies up there with the best of them. Chose an executive suite which gave us an additional room (stunning river views) but also access to the rooftop executive lounge which served canopes and a free cocktail bar from 6-8.30 each night, well worth the additional £25 per night! perfect location for exploring the city and really helpfull with some quite specific requests. Beach/spa/pool facilities fantastic. Highly recommended." |

| "No question that this is an excellent hotel and good value for money. We have stayed there twice and were very happy on both occasions.
This time we took an upgrade to the executive floors and were very happy with the lounge on 36th floor and the service. However we felt the room was a little small as they have incorporated a large amount of space to include an area for a desk. On the other hand the view along the river from these high floors is sensational.
Only other minor comment that the location of the hotel on the wrong side of the river is a small inconveniece." |

| "This was my third stay at this Hotel and I noticed
that since it has become popular, the quaility of the
hotel has declined. It appears that it has chosed to
be a high end tour group hotel. That means the breakfast was packed and the food adequate. The pool
is quite small and can get to be very crowed.
The problem I has was that the staff made two errors
and would not accept responsiities for their mistakes,
I received a letter inviting me to use the club lounge, but when I arrived for breakfast ths staff
implied I was trying to sneak in and would be charged.
I returned with the letter and the manager grudingly
stated I couuld use the lounge. Her attitude was less
than friendly and I chose not to use the lounge.
The second mishap occoured when the day before I was
to check out I received a call telling me that I needed to leave. I explained that I was checking out
the next day but was told to go to the front desk.
When I went to the front desk they stated there was
no problem with my reservation and no call was made.
I went back to my room and housekeeping was cleaning
it and showed my the paperwork stating that I was due
to check out that day. I returned to the front desk
and they finnally admitted that a mistake had been made.
The Hilton is a large property and mistakes are
made. My problem was the deniablity and the lack
of accountability by the staff. The attitude was
don' bother us. Unlike any Thai hotel that I have
stayed in." |

| "I cannot emphasise too much just how great this hotel is. The service from the check in staff, to the concierge, the luggage guys, the restaurant and bar staff was exemplary. Everyone was just fantastic. They really made our holiday (honeymoon)into a memorable occasion.
Our room was as described when booking. The view from the room, the Zeta bar and 360 degree bar, overlooking the Chao Phraya river and the City were unbelievable.Easy access to the City by 2 Hilton river boats (Free).
The drinks were a little bit pricey but, this is a 5 star hotel.
The service and food from Prime Restaurant was amazing. The rooms were very clean, serviced every day,and the bathroom was exceptional.
We loved our stay at the Millenium Hilton and did not want to leave, already making plans for a return next year. Very highly recommended. Ian and Pam Ferguson." |

| "When i arrived at the hotel i was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very elegant and grand. Checkin was handled effectively and we arrived in our room swiftly.
The facilities within the hotel were very good especially the swimming pool.
The service overall from the hotel staff was excellent but there was one man on the concierge who really disappointed me with his overall attitude. He greeted me with 'yes' and was very abrupt. This has affected my opinion of the hotel as when people ask what the Hilton hotel was like this is what i remember.
