| "Very nice hotel, quiet but convenient location, 5-min walk to BTS station, 15-min walk to the Central World Mall and all other shopping malls.
Big room, beautiful exotic garden and...big swimming pool, which could be the best part for a city hotel.
The buffet in the lobby bar is also good. In the S Spa you can find a 'buy 1 get 1 free' promotion, for two treatments in a cozy and very well designed spa, you pay about 3500 Baht, quite good experience, worth the money.
Definitely will stay here again in my next trip to BKK. " |

| "Good quality hotel and in perfect location for the British Embassy.Check in and out efficient.
Rooms are a very good size and bathroom also has good space but the bath is "over designed" with a wooden surround that digs into you.
Food was excellent, both room service and breakfast.
Grounds are beautiful.
A few more directions around the building would be helpful as would a hotel map in the room." |

| "Just stayed in Nai Lert Park in end June 08. Walk to MRT is at least 10 mins. Narrow 2-way road. Took taxi at night as the road was quiet and there were truckloads of workers from construction sites & workers quarters nearby. Feared for our safety. It would be better if they had opened the side gate, that would cut the walk by half. To get to BTS, exit from ISO restaurant and turn right to small gate, turn left and walk along long road. You can take the klong (10bht) to Pratunam. 2 stops from Nai Lert. Exit from main door and turn left at main road until you reach the canal. Was refreshing and fun. Garden was not as fantastic as ex-Siam Intercontinental; nothing beats that. Reception was ok, only one staff impressed us (she opened up biz ctr for our use late at nite). Overall bellhops performed better than reception. Very quiet hotel, not many pp gathers at lobbies/ dine in. " |
