At 2.45am on the first morning of my stay the phone rang asking me to pay my phone bill of 38 baht (50p). Followed minutes later by a hotel employee knocking on my door. It was like a police raid, I was so flummoxed I just paid it. They must know that they will loose customers by treating them like this. You may think that I'd done something to annoy them, but this was my first night and I'd been courteous to them.
One of the ladies who did the travel was obnoxius, again, for no reason. The remaining staff where OK, though I only remember one smile in a whole week.
The place needs new management, or I think they will go under.

| "This was my first stay at the Nana Hotel and I was plesently surprised. The service was excellant and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
As for the location of the hotel it dosen't get any better than this. If you like the nightlife then this is the place to stay. Plenty of good food, drink and pretty women. What more can you ask for??" |
