| "The bed is too firm for my liking. You can clearly hear your neighbours closing their doors from inside your room.
However, they allow early check in for me, friendly staffs especially at the swimming pool, good location." |

| "For it's fantastic location, Novotel Siam Square is really value for money. The room has a very cheerful feel with its bright and warm colors. I would definitely stay here again should I visit Bangkok again. Thanks!" |

| "Overall OK. Should have a FOC computer with Internet for guests instead of only 1 computer where guests needs to pay." |

| "No doubts this hotel promises the best location in BKK. This is my 8th stay at the hotel. Located in the heart of siam square, food and shopping is just a stone's throw away. Extremely lively area. Having stayed in numerous hotels around the region, this hotel provides "five" star services. Certainly the place to stay during my next busines or leisure trip. " |

| "The hotel is located at a very convenient location. Most of the major shopping centres that you would want to visit in Bangkok are within walking distance. For those who are not keen to walk, the BTS station is only about 3 minutes. The room, service and facilities are wonderful and leave nothing to complain about, even for a fussy traveller." |

| "My overall experience with the hotel is good. I appreciate the kind gesture of the hotel staff who would call the elevator and open the doors whenever we approach the elevator or the doors.
The hotel was near to a BTS station (about 100m) and immediately beyond that was Siam Paragon with its slew of upmarket boutiques and food outlets. It's worth checking out the Gourmet Food hall on the Lower Ground floor. The Siam Ocean World on the Lower Ground floor is also a good attraction to visit though the entrace fees is a tad expensive.
The side streets as well as the Siam Square (a collection of boutiques and small shops) next to the hotel also offers bargains and good food.
The hotel is in the middle of the shopping belt and access to MBK (at one end of the shopping belt) and Central World at the other end can be reached easily by foot.
The breakfast at the hotel is also wonderful with a good spread of international as well as local delights. The Spa was also a wonderful experience. During my stay, there is a 40% discount during weekdays.
My only gripe with the hotel is the cost of the wireless access. It would be perfect if it was free." |

| "You get excellent service from all the hotel staff plus clean and confortable rooms. This hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the shopping district with several shopping complexes a short walk away. The Siam Square BTS station is also just around the corner. Good value for money!" |
