| "Breakfast can be improved although its quite good already. There are always hotel staff pressing the lifts, opening the doors, for guests. I think this truly is a great value add. The conceirge usually hails a metered taxi for you, with no extra charge. But in the late evenings, there will not be such a service. I enjoy the close proximity to the various shopping malls. I thought the room was spankingly new and the facilities were superb. " |

| "This hotel is very well located right next to the BTS Siam interchange and within easy walking distance of a number of shopping centres. The service is good and my family has stayed here several times now and will go back again." |

| "The hotel is centrally located. Shopping for low end to very expensive stuff can be reach easly. Hotel staff are friendly. Room condition is good for the price you pay. If they have free internet access in room would have been prefect. Breakfast spread is excellent. Saw some guest not properlly attired in pool. A big turn off. Something need to be done about this. " |
