| "We stayed overnight at the hotel, it was a very pleasant experience.
Our luggage was stored while we took a side trip for a few days, excellent service as was all of the services throughout the hotel.
Top spot, right at airport.
Would definitely recommend this hotel." |

| "My husband and I stayed at the Novtel Suvarnabhumi Hotel on our way home from an exciting, fun trip to Thailand. The hotel was a wondeful end to our trip.
The hotel is beautiful. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. We ate the buffet dinner that had a huge selection of every kind of food you could imagine. The food was excellent.
We had an early morning flight and the shuttle van was right on time to take us to the airport. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel." |

| "The hotel was great, with the facilities and staff all very good. One major problem I had was in getting from the hotel to the city, I ordered a cab and after 30 minutes still nothing. I took the shuttle bus to the airport and got a cab from there within 2 minutes. Seems they have not arranged this side very well and it cause me some real problems. Bettre to stay in the city if you intend to go there and the hotels are better value." |
