I had been staying in this hotel for few times with my hubby. Had tried their superior, deluxe n junior suite. All room size is around the same and no bath tub. Deluxe n suite amenities are better. Superior rm no electronic kettle. Service at the reception is getting negative. Really had to brush up on their english and efficiency in checking in. Overall, you get what you pay for. (Budget)

| "I stayed for about 2 1/2 weeks in September. When I first checked in, the room a/c was leaking water. The hotel staff quickly rectified the problem, though. The only issue I have concerns the shower head. It was very loose, so that it directed the water downwards, rather that at me. But, overall, I think Palazzo offers good value for the money and the location is excellent. I would most likely stay here again next time." |

| "A convenient hotel to enjoy Hoey Khwang night market and various night spots along Ratchada st. Hotel staff are friendly. But the room I stayed smelled a bit musty, and the sliding door in the bath room didn't slide smoothly. I was in trouble when I got out from shower booth. In total, this hotel is good for budget travellers who are interested in night life around that area.

| "Just an average Hotel, I had book a studio room and expecting to see newspaper and fruits but nothing happen throughout my stay. One of the counter lady (not to mention name but uniform in brown colour and due to jobs are hard to come by especially now in Thailand), she was a bit unfriendly I approched her to ask for latest time allow to check out, her reply was 1pm and just turn away ignoring you totally. This altitude need to be improved if they want to maintain the status of 'from the land of smile' but with the current political situation! how to smile.
Recommended for short stay and undemanding guest with low budget but not for business traveller due to table too small in the room to do works and just enough space for one laptop.

| " A good hotel with spacious room, close to shopping malls and a night market (5 mins walk) behind the hotel. There is a good seafood stall there which opens only at night. A must try ! 7-11 is just opposite. No swimming pool, no electric kettle and no bath tub - I don't mind. To avoid hassle, bring my own electric kettle and adaptor. The hotel restaurant has good food with a live band, except that you have to pay an additional 17% to your bill. Great that the hotel has changed its card to a new one showing the locations of its neighbouring Emerald Hotel, Robinson, Carrefour. Once you flash this card, all taxi drivers will know its location. Although carrefour is near, why walk when a taxi (by the meter) will take you there for just 39 bahts.
It also makes more sense to go back by taxi after a shopping spree. Upon request, we were pleased to be issued a key card each for my family of three. Most convenient. Will come back again." |
