| "We like to stay at Pan Pacific for its centural and convenient location and wonderful service. We have stayed at this hotel for 5 times whenever we came to visit in Bangkok. The Pan Pacific Hotel in Bangkok is a very nice hotel, the room is very clean and cozy, air condition is very quiet, the bath room is very roomy. " |

| "Good location for a fairly typical and generic Bangkok 5* hotel. Good value but nothing out of the ordinary!" |

| "My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of August 2006. We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The views from the hotel room were great. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was spacious enough with very comfortable beds. Perhaps the only jarring point in our room was the old style TV. The hotel was also nice and quiet - very restful after days out shopping. It's very close to the skytrain and subway -so the location is great. I definitley recommend this hotel. " |

| "During the month of August I stayed at Pan Pacific for 3 nights. Since I've already been to Bangkok a couple of times, I am quiet familiar with the downtown area.
This hotel is located in one of the most convenient and desirable locations in the city. BTS station(Saladaeng Station)is within 1- km walking distance. Robinson Department store is right around the corner; There are 2 other Department stores nearby. You can see Lumphini Park across the street. This advantage of excellent location surely saves you money and time.
The outdoor swimming pool on 24th floor is so beautiful and relaxing that my son and I'd stopped by the pool every day even when we didn't feel like swimming. The hot tub next to the pool will pamper your tiring body and soul with tranquility and peace.
Statistically speaking, most of hotels in Bangkok seem to have a majority of specific ethnic groups as their guests: I mean no offense, just trying to give you the fact. The majority of hotel guests at Pan Pacific is Japanese. It seems as if you won't have any trouble with communication if you speak only Japanese.
Speaking of Breakfast at the hotel, as a pastry and bread mania, I've tasted a quiet large selection of famous bakeries in Asia so far. The muffins and crescents at the breakfast bar were one of the best I've ever tasted. All other menu on breakfast was just above average.
The only drawback about this hotel is that this hotel seems to be appropriate for business travelers, not for families with kids.
However, the service overall was excellent.
