| "The only thing this place has going for it is the location and great service. They mentioned they were refitting the rooms but we had a drab, old looking room and bathroom (although the view was amazing). For this price you can practically get the best of the best so I hope for their sake they finish their refurbishment soon!
Attached is the incredibly diverse MBK shopping centre, and that makes for a world of convenience. " |

| "Overall, the stay is pleasant. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic as it is just next to MBK shopping mall. Currently, the hotel is still under renovation, hence not all rooms are new. We happened to stay in one of the unrenovated rooms. Having said that, the room is still well-maintained and we're generally satisfied. However, on our first night, there were blackouts (happened 6-7 times intermittently) from 2am-6am. When we called the hotel staff, no good explanation was given and no rectification actions were attempted to make our stay more pleasant. Also, as we were honeymooners, we were told that the hotel will be giving us a cake on arrival but were not given till the last day" |

| "This hotel was of high quality. The decor was excellant. Service was excellant. Food was cheap and of very high standard. It is linked to three very large shopping centres which caters for all tastes and budged. There is not need to go out in the heat and do your shopping.
I has a Tour desk which provides quality service.
Will recommed this hotel to our friends who vist Bangkok on Regular basis.
We stayed for 7 nights." |

| "This was a great hotel with everything top quality. Would stay here again in an instant. Have stayed elsewhere previously so can do a comparison. MBK next door without even having to enter via the street is an added bonus." |

| "A choiced hotel for those who need to attend business meetings or conferences held around MBK. Travelling time between hotel and airport is about half an hour. Very convenient to do some last minute shopping at MBK Shopping Centre or other shopping malls accessible via BTS Skytrain (board at National Stadium)." |

| "Although we arrived early we were still able to get an early check in at 12.00 and because we were checking out at 5.30 the following morning we were able to have breakfast on the day we arrived instead
Would stay again as perfect for the shopping" |

| "Our booking was for a superior room but when we got there our room echoed with the sound of serious renovations going on a couple of floors above us. After complaining and waiting almost 2 hours for a response I again rang the desk & they told us we were being upgraded to a suite! Very nice in dimension but, like the other room, the furniture was tired and uncomfortable - especially the bed. Pity, because the lobby & other facilities are great. Hopefully the renovations will improve the ambience of the rooms. Location is fabulous & breakfast excellent. The hotel should be more open with guests about renovations when checking them in. This would save a lot of angst." |

| "If you are wanting to be close to MBK than this is the hotel for you but if you are looking for warm friendly service or a fun atmosphere then forget it. The only thing going for it was the location to MBK but if you are near the skytrain then you can easily access MBK by jumping on that for the day. For the price, the rooms were outdated. It is currently undergoing renovations as well but the guests were not compensated for that at all. I would not stay there again." |
