Overall, the stay is pleasant. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic as it is just next to MBK shopping mall. Currently, the hotel is still under renovation, hence not all rooms are new. We happened to stay in one of the unrenovated rooms. Having said that, the room is still well-maintained and we're generally satisfied. However, on our first night, there were blackouts (happened 6-7 times intermittently) from 2am-6am. When we called the hotel staff, no good explanation was given and no rectification actions were attempted to make our stay more pleasant. Also, as we were honeymooners, we were told that the hotel will be giving us a cake on arrival but were not given till the last day

Good breakfast much variety n service.
Good location.
Very clean n convenient for shoppers n also central.
This is the only hotel i had stayed very time i went to bangkok for holiday.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone even though its quite pricey

| "Spending 16 days in Pathumwan Princess gave a deep look to hotel and it's services. Location is good, near MBK shopping center. We stayed in suite room, which provided much space with reasonable price. Hotel personnel is very friendly and everything works well.
It is clearly seen that this hotel is focusing to business travellers, with high quality level. Only negative result from this is that services/play areas for children are limited." |

| "The best thing about this hotel, and the reason we chose it, was the location- the fact that it is joined to the MBK shopping mall.(Great in the rainy season!)
We were also pleasantly surprised by the really well equipped gym and the fabulous spa- we highly recommend the massage treatments!
Hopefully the rooms will be upgraded during the current renovation ro bring them up to the standard of the rest of the hotel..
This is a great place for a stopover." |

| "The hotel was beautiful, service was amasing and the buffett breakfast was incredible.
This is the perfect hotel if you want to be close to the shopping districts or MBK and the outdoor pool was an oasis away from the shops.
