The only thing this place has going for it is the location and great service. They mentioned they were refitting the rooms but we had a drab, old looking room and bathroom (although the view was amazing). For this price you can practically get the best of the best so I hope for their sake they finish their refurbishment soon!
Attached is the incredibly diverse MBK shopping centre, and that makes for a world of convenience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The hotel is inside the MBK (one of the biggest mall in Bangkok). There is a huge fitness center, a big swimming pool.
Furthermore it is close to the skytrain.
However, the room was a little bit small but clean.
I will come back to this hotel. It is very convenient.

| "Every thing is so good for this hotel.. except the cost is slightly high.. the most disappointed thing happen to me is that..they lock me out from the room at 10am morning on the last day that I am going to check out... It cause me can't enter to the room after my last walk back to the hotel.. is only 10am morning... How can u lock me out by disable the key card...??? " |

| "Staff at reception were plentiful, very polite,attentive and prompt. Staff in others area very helpful. The best buffet breakfast I have ever seen, you could not possibly try all that was available. Coffee shop very good and reasonable prices. Piano Bar very relaxing in the evening with drinks and a singer. Entrance to shopping mall at hotel - excellent. Walking distance to skytrain, other dept stores and Siam Square. Security check at entrance, good idea. Room was great, all hotel facilities very clean." |

| "This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel and found it to be once again a great place to stay. The only fault to be found was that we had some dirty water in the bath tub due to the renovations but after running the water for a little while it cleared." |
