I have started to stay at the Peninsula Bangkok since it opened. I
loved it from the first time and have gone back several times with friends, families and also recommended to the people I know who were going to Bangkok. Everyone loved it, especially at the price which they were offering! (less than $100.00). The price has gone up but it is till worth the price. The ferry to cross the river is not a problem. Peninsula got the best and cleanest ferry of all the hotels and being on this side of the river keeps the hotel from the noise of the city. Rooms and Restaurants are exceptional. Only the Conciege is not up to the standard of \'Peninsula Hotel\'.

| "An excellent location and a beautiful hotel.We stayed only a couple of nights but enjoyed it a lot.Be warned..must have deep pockets....The buffet dinner at the River front cafe is to die for...and we ate so much, thought we might.The pool is beautiful and such a contrast to the surroundin environment.River boats make it that much easier to get aroung Bangkok.My second visit to Bangkok and definately staying on the river again,hardly a tuk tuk to be seen......." |

| "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zazen and after a couple of days felt like a part of the family.My partner soon grew tired of the busy,dusty roads and trying to 'discover' Samui and was more than content to laze away at the pool and enjoy the Zazen environment,like an oasis with cocktails....we look forward to staying again in the future sometime...we did not have beach front bungalows but next time definately...thanks Zazen....." |
