| "First timers to Bangkok would be more difficult coz lots of taxi driver won't know this place and it is situated in the middle of the sois in Pratunam. Price a bit steep and for foreigners you tend to pay more for the tuks tuks and taxis leaving or going to the hotel from elsewhere coz most would say its congested near the hotel ,etc. If money is not a problem, hotel is suitable for families, clean, friendly staff and breakfast, no complain." |

| "My family and I have been staying at Pratunam Park since 1995 and have no hesitation in recommending it to travellers from anywhere in the world. If you want to pay hundreds of dollars and get a place with lots of fake smiles go elsewhere. If you want a hotel where the staff remember your name from one visit to the next and who take the time to help you enjoy Bangkok, this is the place! Anyone who knows Bangkok, knows that Pratunam is a great place to stay and experience a real Thai holiday.

| "Well before staying at this hotel I was really dreadful since I had read all the unfavourable reviews on it. But seriously, I went to stay in Feb 2006 (because all other hotels were totally fully booked) and I must say it all turned out pretty well.
Generally the room is clean, comfy, not like what I read online at all.
Its pretty reasonable basically, and rates are cheap. Though facitilies are lacking, but heck, thats the price you're paying.
I can safely tell those who are going to stay there, dont worry, have a nice trip. Pratunam Park is okay, not bad. (:" |

| "We had the pleasure of staying at Pratunam Park in 2002, 2004 and previously my brother and his wife in 2001. If you can find the head administrator who speaks very good English she will guide you without delay, which is a bonus for first time visitors. We felt reasonablye safe because of our previous contact but were not comfortable with our accomodation at all. The hotel seems to have declined dramatically, beds were sunken, missing pillows which we were asked to pay for (the cost of something we could buy on the street) bathroom tiles were in bad shape, paint and even the toilet seat was taped up (carrying goodness knows what sort of disease) and the carpet had not been cleaned in years. We both want to supose the individuals that are trying but frankly I would not recommend this unless it is a last resort." |

| "The service and the room comfort and hygience level is good. The only down side is the location. It's a distance away from the nearest skytrain and the road leading to hotel can be congested at certain time. Do take note of the nearest prominent landmark and main road as we had encountered taxi drivers who did not where this hotel is located." |
