Would I stay at this location
again:

Probably not
We stayed at Queen's Garden on our last night in Thailand. It's a brand new hotel, nothing luxurious about it. We purposedly booked this hotel solely because of the location--it's close to the Suvannabhumi Airport. The rate was not bad at all if you consider the room size, the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and pillows, and the free shuttle to the airport (for us, it was at 3:30 a.m.--actually it was a decent Volvo). We didn't complain much about the bathroom, since it was only for one night (less than 10 hours). There was no bathtub. So when we took a shower, the water just went all over the place in the bathroom (it's a pretty decent size). Oh--the hot water was great, though. We only recommend this hotel if you plan to stay for a night before leaving Thailand. But it's definitely not a must, or at all necessary to move from where you are, unless you want to get a couple of more hours of sleep. If your flight is early (like ours), then traffic is not a problem whatsoever even if you stay somewhere inside Bangkok. Drawbacks of the hotel--it's not near any restaurants. We only saw a 7-11, but it's pretty far to walk. It also might be very inconvenient to get a taxi to take you out of that place (if you plan to stay more than a night). So our suggestion is that you stop somewhere on the way before you check-in, grab some food, and take it to the hotel with you so that you have something to eat for dinner. We might stay there on our next trip. But if we don't need an extra hour of sleep, we might not go there again!

"We found the hotel to be very convenient, the rooms were perfect and the staff very freindly. All in all very good value for money."

"this hotel was very convenient for the airport,we stayed one night then flow to hong kong for 4 days ,we didnt want to take all our luggage so the staff let us leave it there for no cost.i would not really want to stay there other than using for the airport as there is nothing around and the city was far away when you can get hotels for the same price more conveniently located for touring Bangkok. "Conveniently located near Suvarnabhumia Airport. Pickup point easy to find and staff courteous. I suggest that if breakfast is included in room rate, as in our internet booking, then all staff should be able to serve American breakfast. We had an early morning flight and were only able to get 2 slices of toast and syrupy orange drink, not orange juice. "

"Just 5mins drive from Suvannavumi airport. Airport transport service was very useful, we needed to catch early morning flight at BKK, but we managed with no problem! Room is new and clean. Only one bad point is that they don't have elevator... Although bellboys carried our heavy bags, I felt bad."

" This hotel was located in a questionable part of town with motorcyles driving by constantly which we could hear from just outside our room (with windows closed and air conditioning on). The room was very small but reasonably clean. We slept with the towels on the pillows because the pillows had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was very tiny. The shower consists of a hand held wand right next to the toilet and sink with no enclosure or curtain. Most of staff were friendly, and the restaurant served good food. Our flight was very early so we did not have the breakfast. It was only 10 minutes from the airport, and the hotel had a shuttle running every hour to the airport. We would not stay here again. "
