| "for SGD 78, it is a bit too pricy for the standard of the hotel room.
It is small with no window.
The water pressure is too low.
The breakfast is too simple for that kind of price (two sunny side up eggs with a sausage, a glass of overly sweet orange juice, and burnt coffee).
The location is not easily found, even the local taxi doesn't know where it is.
However, it is convenient. Just outside sala Daeng BTS and next to DJ station, walking distance to california gym, surawong.

| "It is kind of expensive (1400 Baht) for this little room with no window. (as compared to some 3 star hotel around the area like Pinacle, Trinity)
The water pressure is low and strong.
Not all TV channels are able to receive and a some channel has bad reception.
But the location is great as it is just next to Sala Daeng Station.
Also it is near to DJ station.
For the kind of price, the breakfast is horrible... 2 eggs, one sausage and some slices of cold ham with a cup of over burnt coffee (low quality probably). The orange juice is just sugar water... overly sweet.
Imagine you eat this everyday !
Generally, it is still acceptable except for the water pressure and Air Con is not too cold.
They need a revamp! If not they should not charge so much.

| "Not easily to location this hotel. The picture which we viewed in internet is so much different with the actual hotel is. Most of the TV programmes are in Thai and for foreigners really have no choice by viewing the Thai programmes... Should have some upgrading programme to be done for this hotel..." |

| "The place is quaint in a utilitarian way. It is simple but sufficent. The major negative for some people might be the lack of proper windows. But 2 major positives for me is the acceptable cleanliness (once inside) and the proximity to Saladaeng Skytrain Stn. Some people complain about access from the main road but to me it is fine - just a short walk into the soi, or thru Bug n Bee, or a door and passageway next to the 24hr Money Exchange.
Service is basic and sometimes slow or surly but as long as guests remember to treat the service staff as thinking and feeling humans there should be no problem." |

| "Small boutique hotel smacked right in the middle of the city. Not ery easy to find at first but its just beside sala daeng BTS station's escalator. Its Front street door can be found beside a massage centre. Location couldn't be better as its in the middle of the Silom street market as well as just a 5 min walk to the Patpong district.
The Suan Lum Night Bazzar is just an MRT station away and the Siam Paragon area (MBK) is 2 BTS stops away from the hotel. The good news, its just 15 baht one way to any of the beforementioned places of interest.
A good gauge of how much to pay for taxi from the airport, around 400-500 baht. excluding the 2 toll fees amounting to 65 baht.
Breakfast is definitely not adequate but who cares, there are lots of coffee joints and fast food centres opposite or on the same stretch of road.
As for the room, the superior one is not too bad (even without the window), just that the bed is rather hard that sometimes sleeping on the floor would be better for some. Bathroom is comparable to a 3 star hotel's. Thin walls and doors are also not of help for a good night's sleep as you can hear your neighbour's romps.
However, overall I would see myself booking into the hotel again as it is very convenient and also because its good value for money. " |

| "It proved to be a challenge to find the hotel upon arrival, as it cannot be seen from the main road (the more palatable entrance is next to Bug and Bee restaurant). Had to upgrade from superior to deluxe (room was too small and stank of smoke, among other odours). Bed was quite hard and aircon has to be constantly managed (either too hot or too cold).
Service was however good. Staff was willing to help with requests. Location is super - skytrain Saladaeng is just outside - with many decent restaurants and useful shops for provision around." |

| "About the only good thing is the location - that is if you want to be in the middle of the nightlife / night market, and have the skytrain immediately outside the door.
The room was spartan and small - and NO WINDOWS;
The bathroom was even smaller;
Looked like there was good security (cameras all over);
There is no parking and no way for any vehicle to even reach the hotel entrance if you arrive late afternoon or evening - everything is blocked by the night market vendors. If you arrive at this time, the only thing you can do is be let off on busy Silom road, and walk to the hotel entrance (which isn't too far, but if you have more bags than you can handle easily, you will be in trouble)..." |

| "Its location is convenient, near the mrt and bts stations; only few stations away fron the suan lum night market, mbk and siam centre. Great for shoppers
the room and bathroom are clean.
the only weakness is the bed is a bit hard; not so comfortable." |

| "Tiny room with no window and gimcrack furniture. Service is non-existent. But at least it was clean. The directions on the Asiarooms website are useless, even when written in Thai. This place is actually up Silom Soi 2/1 -- turn right at the end. Taxis can't reach the building so you have to drag luggage from/to Silom Road.
Though the location is good, seconds from Saladaeng BTS station, this is the worst place I have ever stayed in Bangkok -- and I'm going back more than 30 years to my backpacking days! Very poor value. Avoid unless it's the only place left." |
