| "Not too bad of a hotel, except their beds are too soft. I literally "sunk" onto the bed! The rest is not bad! " |

| "Overall this hotel is value for money. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. Very near to Pratinum Mall and Siam Paragon. The only bad comment is during the day, our next room is doing some renovation and it is a bit noisy.

| "The services were quite good. They are patient & friendly.
Room is big and clean.. Bed is really soft and comforable..
the down side will be that the location is quite out of the way and there's not much facilities.

| "The hotel was in good condition. One big living room with two separate bedrooms. However, the tv channel was limited.
One thing for sure, No taxi driver will know where your hotel is located. In case you forget to bring the map, Just mention either one of these..... ( it works for me !!)
1) Petchaburi Soi 15 or 20
2) Spa buri
3) First Hotel ( Which is directly across the road )
Basically the hotel is located on a "minor road"(Which is called "Soi") along petchaburi road (Major road). Probably the distance between the hotel to the major road is close to 20 meters only, but thats enough to make u lost. Key thing is to wind down your window and ask the locals (especially security guards) for "Residence Ratjavee".
One final thing, make sure cab drivers turn on their meter b4 they move off. A few bad experiences that i always came across every time in Bangkok was.... Initially they agree to turn on their meter, but after boarding, they simple drove off and make negotiations along the journey!!
Have a safe trip" |

| "Overall my stay there was a good one. The room is just ok, but since most of the time I was outside, it did not matter much. Buffet breakfast was provided and it was the same food for the duration of my stay. Hot shower is available in the bath tap for those who need hot water.
It's quite a hard place to find, even for local taxi drivers. Luckily it is near Pantip Plaza, so I can use that as my guide and then ask the taxi to drop me a bit further to the small road leading to the hotel. (Bangkok Business College is opposite the hotel)

| "Good hotel. Excellent shopping location as Skytrain was a stonethrow away, and a shuttle service to Siam Paragorn was only 20 meters away from the hotel.
Breakfast was very good. Internet and Wi-Fi access good. Service was spot on, room service with good offers and a spa with good massages.
If I have something to complain on, it would be the Air-Con. It was not sufficient and had a strange smell when it was on. " |

| "It was alright. The staff was helpful to the extent they could be. The restaurant, Crescendo, was really good and really gave full value for one's money. " |

| "We stay for 4 nights. We booked for two double rooms but was upgraded to a two-room family suite. It has a big bathroom, with kitchen and microwave oven. It is indeed value for money! Its location is near most shopping malls, like Siam Paragon, Siam Center, MBK, Platinum, Pratunam Centre, etc. Great place if you are in Bangkok mainly for shopping! Breakfast is fine with us, even though, it can be better. The air condition is very cold, so you need to adjust the temparature. Overall, it is great to stay as it is very well located within walking distance to most shopping malls. Furthermore, there is the "Buggy service" provided by Siam Paragon that shuttle between our hotel to Siam Paragon (opens from 11am till 10pm). If you are abck after 10pm from Siam Paragon, then it is quite a fairly long walk to our hotel! so, remember to come back before 10pm if you coming back from Siam Paragon... or else you can still take a meter taxi for about 30 to 40Baht!
Will definitely come back the next time we visit Bangkok...Cheers!!!

| "We had a wonderful stay at Rajtavee Residence. The rooms were clean and large enough for two persons. We slept very well every night after a hectic day of sight-seeing and shopping.
Although breakfast was the same every morning, there was enough variety for three nights. Besides I only needed toast for breakfast!
Location was not known to many locals but it is certainly right in the heart of town and a free buggy ride to Siam Paragon(Siam BTS station).
Front-desk staff and bell boys were friendly and attentive. Free safe service at the front desk provided security to passport and expensive items.
It is definitely value for money. For sixty US dollars, you can get a private room with only half the size, no tv and shared bathrooms in Canada!" |
