Good location, close to BTS station. Cab driver from airport had some trouble finding the hotel, perhaps because of recent name chg. Remember to get biz card fm hotel for cab use. Buffet breakfast spread was pretty good, with some changes daily so it wasn't boring for 4 days' stay. Room lights was too dim for reading, otherwise room was fine for price paid. Though we requested (when booking) for double bed, we were given 2 single beds, hence on 2nd day, they moved us to one with kingsize bed (that's nice!). Wld be better if they had done that on day 1. Had to remind them on 1st & 2nd day about extra bed )which was in our booking)-cld be improved certainly. Front desk was quite friendly, esp the mgr who's a helpful lady. Family mart & 7-11 close to BTS stn. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value :)

The location is alright.No hot water boiling in the room have to call the reception to bring hot water very inconvinent. " |

| "The hotel has a locational advantage as it is close to the Sky Train St. It is certainly value for money and a great place to stay for frequent travelers like us to BKK. Quality of breakfsat was reasonable. The staff were pleasant and had reaonable English speaking sills , hence communication is not a struggle.
The hotel could improve on following -
* Steps are too steep leading to the hotel and I observed few senior citizens almost struggling !
*road leading to the hotel from the main rd is isolated and may be an issue for women guests in the night.
*Breakfast lacked innovation and became quite boring after 5 days.
*Gives a feel of a Service Apartment owing to very poor quality lobby. In fact I was wondering whether I had taken the right decsion as soon as I entered the hotel ! however rooms turned out OK.
As I mentioned value for money hotel .Don't expect 4 star ambience.

| "Great location in the city near the skytrain, nite market, day market and supermarket. Friendly staff even if you have to repeat several times what you want.
Quiet place, huge swimming pool free of charge for customers; nice and competent staff for massages, manucure etc...: very convenient!
silom road area is very convenient place to stay always lively...
The not so good point points are: the buffet breakfast could be better and the wall paper in the room ( deluxe) needs really to be changed. But I definitely would recommend this hotel." |

| "Don't trust the pics which show you how beautiful the hotel is. The color of wall faded, some ants in the room, shower gel and shampoo smells as the same and filled into ugly bottles by hotel. any way not so cheap price for cheap quality. enjoy your trip in this ugly hotel." |
