Like other reviewers, I would say they have really good service. The only thing I could find fault with was the bathing water. It was a moment hot and a moment cold. Can't keep it warm. The room was also slightly dim but still within tolerance threshold. I like their staff for they are always so smiley. For new-goers, the place may be a bit difficult to find but I guess once you reach Silom area, it may be easier to find if you ask around. Most importantly, they have really good breakfast. Their pancakes are delicious. I would say this hotel is worth the money!

| "Don't trust the pics which show you how beautiful the hotel is. The color of wall faded, some ants in the room, shower gel and shampoo smells as the same and filled into ugly bottles by hotel. any way not so cheap price for cheap quality. enjoy your trip in this ugly hotel." |

| "What can I say except that it's a nightmare during our staying in this hotel this summer.
When we checked in to the Junior Suite (room #601), we were wondering if it is a Suite room because there's no living area or even a sofa set. It's just a little bigger room than a standard room. We checked with the front desk, they (including one management staff) insisted that room is their Junior Suite and it's the same for all their Junior Suites. The next day, for solving low water pressure problem, we got help from their cleaning staff (thanked her) and we've been moved to a much bigger room #511. It's still a Junior Suite but with a sofa set and lot more space. THE FRONT DESK INCLUDING THAT MANAGEMENT STAFF LIED.
Furthermore, during our staying from 24th to 30th July, our room got blackout for 4 times. Two of them happened after 11PM which really bothered us. In that situation, we had to phone the front desk to have someone to reset the electricity power. It’s really surprised to us that they dare to sell this room to their customers. Therefore, we had to let everyone knows our experiences.
This was our 7th trip to Thailand; we always had good memories of our trip. We still have good faith on Thailand, we won’t disappoint simple because this unique case. But we hope that the same experience won’t happen to any other travelers.

| "This is the second time we stay in this hotel and still have no regrets the hot shower. The breakfast choice were good with most item changes over the days we stay there. We actually arrived 1 night earlier than plan due to last minutes changes in our flight and was hoping to get a room for the night with the same price as we paid thru internet booking, unfortunately we didn't after negotiating with the front desk, but they did upgrade our room to executive from deluxe and thru the rest of our stay we get to keep staying in the executive room. My wife were pretty happy though. The 1 main reason we select this hotel was due to its vacinity to BTS and of course the pricing. On the downside is the shower hot water, it's still very inconsistant in the flow between very hot and mild the next few minutes of showering." |

| "Big room size , clean and tidy.5 minutes walking distance to skytrain, night market & famous bars street(pat pong).Fair staffs & services.Swimming pool is big but not easy to reach(you need to walk to adjacent commercial bldg and take a lift to 9/F, it is quite shame to walk through street and enter a lift with office ladies till 9/F if you're just wearing swimming suite or bikini----like me)." |
