Rooms are very spacious (in particular the bathroom is huge and has both bathtub and shower) and very clean and everything is in perfect condition. Staff is very nice and helpful and furthermore they can speak very good English. Breakfast is delicious of a very good selection. I was already trying several hotels in Bangkok and in my opinion Royal Benja Hotel has the best value for the money.

| "The hotel was an older hotel, however, this did not deter the level of service the staff were willing to provide. Coming from Australia, (a country that has no concept of service unless you are paying $1000+ a night) Royal Benja was very welcoming. Tourists, the only thing you have to worry about this hotel is the tuk-tuk and taxi drivers outside who are annoying as all hell, and the substandard quality of the hotel's pool, otherwise this place is great value and highly recommended.
p.s. the only reason i will not stay there again (as noted on my review) is because there are many other hotels that attracted my attention in the area.

| "excellent room and brilliant location to get around bangkok. close proximity to Nana bts station and there are always taxis available-always ask for meters to be used (get a cheaper deal). 7-eleven and another supermarket down the road for picking up food/sim cards to use in thailand and top-ups too. hotel staff were efficient, friendly and the buffet breakfast has a good variety. the rooms were clean, excellent view and extremely comfortable. highly recommended place ^_^" |
