| "It has been few bad days in Thailand trip because if this hotel.
The hotel staff told me there is only twin beds room in court wing which is just 50m away. However, which is not and this so call court wing is another building across the other side, I have to go through traffic every time when I have breakfast or everything.
There is nothing in court wing. The room in court wing is big but quite dirty; I cannot open any window because it is either 5inches from the back of another building or facing the back of huge air-conditioners ---Noise and dirt.
They service is rare! I even do not have a little towel on third day after house keeping.
This hotel is far from the main road and BTS station, almost 20 mins walk. There are no people at night; I have to walk on a road full of dirty water, cat and dog smelly things, with little light. The worst things is, I showed the map and told the taxi drivers the address of hotel in THAIL, 80% of them do not know where is it and just took us to the far away BTS station.
They only offer a standard breakfast, which you can get from any hotel in Thailand.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, as they are not real cheap.

| "Service was ordinary overall, breakfasts were included in the rate and were adequate, however as dishes ran out they were not replenished rapidly. Complimentary water in the Rooms was not replaced daily unless specifically requested. Additional charge of 2.5% for credit card payments on AMEX and 5% for Visa payments, I thought this was unnecessary and excessive! Overall I don't think I'll go back to this one, others are at least as good and significantly less expensive." |
