Beautiful & stylish hotel. Very modern designed interior but tastfully done & a real pleasure to enter. Staff were friendly, helpful & very profesional. Hotel is well located for shopping with only a short walk to MBK & loads of other shopping opportunities. The rooms in leasure class were a little bit small but very well maintained. Breakfasts were lovely with plenty of options & other meals & drinks around the hotel at a very high standard. Overall its a 5 star experience for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel.

| "It was a very nice stay. Hotel is very different and special for its design, architecture and decoration. We recommend to all that enjoy art and design. All facilities are well design and attractive.
Restaurants serve well and have reasonable prices. Breakfast is good with great variety. I would only suggest an expresso coffee machine.
Staff are very kind and helpful. We had a problem with the sport channel and they immediately solve it.
Swiming pool could be bigger. Spa is very beautiful with nice Jacuzzi and gym.
We will stay there again

| "Stay here only if you are a Caucasian! The higher post the hotel staff are the more unfriendly they are. The chambermaids smile more than the staff in the executive floor's lounge. I pay more to stay in the executive floor but what I see every morning are unfriendly faces at the lounge.I always thought that Thailand is a land of smile but it seems to me in this hotel their smile are only reserve for Caucasians but not Asians. I will never go back to this hotel or recommend any of my friends to stay here." |

| "Check in was very personalised and we did not wait long for our rooms. The room was cleverly designed with lighting that accentuated certain areas.
The breakfast spread was good and the bread was delicious. We truly enjoyed the pork sausages and bacon.
We wanted to get a taxi to somboon and got the concierge to get a cab. We were forwarned that the cab driver may bring us to another place called somboondee. Thanks to his advice, we politely declined the cab driver many times that we only wanted to go somboon and not somboondee..
The experience was just great and we will definitely stay here if we go back to Bangkok." |
