This is an average hotel, not 4 star luxury as advertised on Asiarooms. The staff were very nice though and friendly and I could honestly not fault them in any way.
We booked a deluxe room with a kigsize bed and on arrival we discovered that our room was in fact very tiny with a very small bed.
The hotel is not bad, just as previously described, its way out of town and you spend ages in taxis getting anywhere. We also had trouble getting back in the evenings as some taxi drivers tried to charge 3-4 times what the journey should have cost.
I would probably not stay here again as a hotel in the city centre would be a better idea.

| "The staff speak English not very well. The service is bad for front desk.
I felt sick after eating the dinner in their restaurant. At the mid-night, I phoned to the staff to call ambulance. The staff responded at that time but there was no feedback in 30 mins. Therefore, I went to the front desk and ask for help. Actually, they did not call ambulance and did not explain the reason why they did not call. Lastly, they help me to call taxi to the hospital but I used 50 mins to get on the taxi.
Besides, I told to the staff and emphasized after I ate the dinner in their restaurant, I was ill. They did not give any apologize to me.
On the other hand, there are something good. The environment was placid. It seems to be very close to the natural." |

| "We stayed for 3nights in the deluxe room and it was beautiful! However, the location is too far away. We were stuck in a jam and it took us more than 45mins before we reached the shopping district. Taxi drivers also face difficulties locating our hotel. Some taxis dont even want to go to Bangkapi.
Nevertheless, the hotel's ambience is great!
I would recommend this hotel for those who are not totally into shopping. Nice place to relax." |
