| "Stay this hotel during 11 Apr. to 16 Apr. 2008 (Songkarn). Good experience with some firends in this hotel. kindly and warm service. It's not so near Sky Train or MRT, but tax fee is not so expensive to major visit point." |

| "We really enjoyed our stay at the Somerset Park Suanplu hotel. For a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), the 2 Bedroom deluxe was absolutely perfect (clean, big size) and this for a very good price. In addition, the staff was really professional, always ready help or give us advices.
The location of the hotel is fine. It is very close to Silom and to the Lumpini Park.
The only negative comment we may have is on the restaurant. We had diner one evening. The restaurant was completely empty and food quality was average.
Anyway, we fully recommend it and we will certainly stay again there next time we visit Bangkok." |

| "Housekeeping service has to improved as I encountered a situation where I asked for bath foam and shampoo but it took more than half-an-hour to arrive after I called again to chase after. In addition, when I called up again, your staff told me that the housekeeping was already closed but he'll try to deliver to me.
To a guest, it should be transparent and not commenting that housekeeping was closed.
Hope you could review your internal process again. Thanks." |

| "This was the perfect hotel for my needs; Big room, everything was clean and new and the service was faultless. The value adds included free internet, on location mini mart and a coin operated laundry and dryer facility which is perfect for the business traveller passing through. 5 star sevice and quality with a practical edge." |

| "Best decision I've made, after weeks of surveying for hotels. My family and I stayed for 3 nights at the 2 bedroom suite. The rooms look really nice, clean and new. Kitchen is well equiped, and bathrooms and living area are spacious. Impressive service with friendly and informative staff. However, location is a little far off from shopping area (~15 minute walk), so a taxi may be needed, although the hotel provides free shuttle service every hourly during the day. I would definately recomend this hotel to families on vacation in Bangkok." |
