We really enjoyed our stay at the Somerset Park Suanplu hotel. For a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), the 2 Bedroom deluxe was absolutely perfect (clean, big size) and this for a very good price. In addition, the staff was really professional, always ready help or give us advices.
The location of the hotel is fine. It is very close to Silom and to the Lumpini Park.
The only negative comment we may have is on the restaurant. We had diner one evening. The restaurant was completely empty and food quality was average.
Anyway, we fully recommend it and we will certainly stay again there next time we visit Bangkok.

| "Housekeeping service has to improved as I encountered a situation where I asked for bath foam and shampoo but it took more than half-an-hour to arrive after I called again to chase after. In addition, when I called up again, your staff told me that the housekeeping was already closed but he'll try to deliver to me.
To a guest, it should be transparent and not commenting that housekeeping was closed.
Hope you could review your internal process again. Thanks." |

| "I recommend this hotel because it is a very nice and clean place to stay for not alot of money! It is very close to most embassies. swimming pool was closed for maintenance when i was there. I will stay again in this hotel if i need to go to the Belgian embassy again. " |
