"That hotel is for business people and don't have much facilities. the peolpe in the hotel were very kind but they use to service a business guests. "

"Rooms were small, bathroom tiny. We had to be moved after not sleeping for first night because of noise from the car park adjacent to the hotel and the three air conditioning units outside the bedroom. I would not stay here again."

"They try to be a "Boutique hotel" by having a beautiful outlook of the building and a nice lobby. But that is it. The elevator is so small that it is packed with 2 person. The room is outdate and small. You don't find any decoration in the room but some usual things you can find in any 2~3 start motel. There is a big parking space just out side my room. I have to put on the curtain or people can see you easily form the part space. Very limited breakfast choice. With the price they ask, you can have a much better choice."

"Thank you for everything!!"

"Enjoyable stay. Everyone had a smile and a pleasant greeting. Returning in a heavy downpour the security guard at the street entrance ran over and held an umbrella for me until we reached the door... maybe a small touch, but nice. Breakfast good, rooms clean, laundry service efficient. Close enough to the skytrain. Based on value, service, and staff friendliness - this is a great choice."

"I have stayed twice at the St James hotel and on both occasions the staff and facilities have been very very good. The first occasion was in a suite which was immaculate throughout the entire stay at the hotel. The second stay was in a junior suite and this was also entirely satisfactory. I do not understand KENFIE/japan as have had not problems with cleaning staff or theft / damage ( which in any case should have been reported to management and / or police ). In my visits to the St James I have been well looked after by all departments of the hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Spent 3 nights and could not fault the hotel and the staff. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms, very close to BTS transport. Breakfast was okay with daily papers under the door which was appreciated. Value for the money."

"Not Recommended. Had a problem with cleaning staff stealing from room, and causing "broken item" charges to room. Restaurant food is not good and service slow - note how many people are there when you walk in. Staff is very nice. "

"We were very impressed with the St. James Hotel. The staff were very courteous and the hotel itself was immaculate. This is a really nice boutique-style hotel in a convenient location and affordable rates. Highly recommended."

" Very friendly staff. Facilities are excellent. Located in a quiet area but close to rail station and shopping area."
