| "The hotel is somehow not very well known to taxi- tuktukdrivers. There is a hotel with a similar name (also Tower Inn), Forubately not too far from teh Suriwongse Tower Inn. It's better to tell the drivers the name of the hotel in front (Manohra). The hotel hosts also some offices (that's why it's also known as the Executive House). The hotelrooms are on the topfloors, so there's a good view over the city.
The location is OK. Close to the river, the skytrain, but also for Patpong (if you happen to like that).

| "The room was a great size with good views over the city. However, it was also very old and in need of refurbishing. There was clearly also problems with cockroaches. Another problem was that no taxis or tuk tuk drivers could find the hotel and we were actually charged extra because the taxis would drive around looking for the place. Would not stay here again." |

| "I had read the reviews about this hotel before and was a little weary about trying it but decided to anyway and was very glad I did! This was the sixth time I had been to Bangkok so I was familiar with the location--all you have to tell the cab driver is behind the Manhora--they all know where that is.
The hotel is aged a bit and does need some fresh paint and wallpaper, but what can you expect from a place that is around $30.00 USD? The rooms are HUGE. The river view is the best you will get unless you stay in a $200.00+ per night room on the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the Pumpkin House has some of the best and fair priced food I have had in Thailand anywhere!
Your options for transportation from the hotel are also good. Cabs and Tuk Tuk's are readily available. The boat pier on the Chao Phraya River is a straight walk about 10 minutes and so also is the BTS Skytrain. I find the walks interesting so I don't mind. If you aren't expecting a perfect place and can deal with a little aged facility, the good points far outweigh the bad!" |

| "good service.. nice view. staff are friendly. i would definitely recommend this hotel . location a bit hard to find because of the new name they have, i hope they will do something about it. and a little improvement in the lobby of the hotel. " |
