Hotel Review posted by Martin Wong, Singapore in April 2005

Stayed for 3 nights in April 2005. Very convenient location, one of the nearest hotel to Nana Station. Breakfast was pretty good. Front desk very helpful. Other than that, the hotel was in a bad condition. There was a crack in the bathtub, so we had a semi flooded bathroom at all times no matter how we tried to clean it up. The air conditioning was not strong enough for Bangkok's heat. Worst of all was the antique door lock.  You can hear your neighbours locking and unlocking their doors every time they passed through the doors, especially loud in the wee hours of the night. For the price that we paid for an executive room, it definitely was not value for money. It would have been fair if we were expecting a 2-3 star hotel, not a 4 star.

"Stayed here for 3 nites, usually stay a little further up soi 11 at the Grand President. Have to admit this hotel is great value for the money, room was basic but had everything we needed and it was clean. The staff were very friendly, my only small negative was the breakfast was a little basic but still good"

"Another nice stay at the Swiss Park. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The regular breakfast cook is such a nice guy who made delicious made to order omlets. As in past stays, the shower needs working on. Just couldn't get a comfortable temperature. Otherwise, the room was fine."
