I was quite dissapointed when I arrived at the hotel as I felt this is an overated hotel. I am not sure how did it get a 4 star rating when the most I think it will get is 2 star. The room I stayed in badly needs an upgrade as the furniture were old and on the verge of collapsing. Fortunately the rooms were clean otherwise I would have suffered for 3 nights. The only good thing about the hotel was its location(near to sky train station) and the ever helpful and friendly staff.

| "I believe this is my sixth visit to the Swiss Park Hotelover the past three years and as usual, I come away with complete satisfaction with the facilities and it's staff. Of course, I'll be returning in the near future to enjoy all the amenities once again!" |

| "Good value at AUD$42 a night. Clean and roomy, but the bathroom was a little tired." |

| "Ideal location, value for money for budget travellers.
Breakfast was included which was perfect to start the day. Plenty of shopping nearby from noon till late. Lots of night-life within walking distance. Sky train 05 minutes away. Stayed many times before. " |

| "Coming to the hotel gave me an immediate impression that this hotel definitely is a bit dated.
Check-in went smooth, got my key (yes, old fashioned)and made my way up the stairs to the elevator. Door didn't lock itself and I had to remember when leaving again to lock the door with the bulky key.
My room was clean however had a smell of someone having smoked there previously. After asking it turned out that there are no specific non-smoking rooms. Apart from that nothing fancy about the room itself. Pretty uncharming but well working. Toilet was running. View from my room was directly into a high-rise building site. TV channels worked fine.
Had a good sleep, was surprised that the breakfast had a lot to offer. I would say a majority of guests are Asians which reflected the breakfast. However there was the usual cereal, bread, egg, and a cook to make a fresh omelette.
Went to the pool. Not a very big one, but they have sun beds around it and there is actually sun on the pool from around 11 am troughout the day. Not many people there at all.
The area is quite busy. Walking to Sukhumvit Road is one minute walk. In the near area you'll find 7-Eleven, restaurant, massage shops and a few hip clubs on Soi 11.
All in all a nice package for a good price if you don't expect anything fancy.
