Presently part of the hotel is still under renovation therefore it is a bit noisy in the day. As part of the hotel is newly renovated the lobby is nice and the room is clean and spacious. The Breakfast is ok almost the same everyday. Shopping within walking distance. Will recommend friends to stay in the hotel.

| "This is an excellent hotel for budget travellers. Perfect value for money , excellent location , nice and clean rooms, very close to shopping area . For those who like Indian food there is a good restauranr right behind the hotel , barely two minute walk. There is a good massage parlor down below as well. Overall an excellent hotel." |

| "This hotel falls under the "You get what you pay for" category. Selected for budget reasons, I was provided with precisely what I had expected: rooms were semi-clean (with leftover hairballs from previous occupant in the washroom), did not have any power adapters so I was unable to charge my phone, and the breakfast at their restaurant which was around the block, was pretty bad. You should beware of the pretty photos of the lobby - rooms are much different. Probably equivalent to Motel 6's in the US." |

| "This hotel can be consider the best for a 3 star hotel.
1)Friendly smile and approach from the Hotel stuff.
2)Cleanliness of the room is up keep daily.
3)5-10 minutes to pratunam market.
4)Location wise is not that bad, the hotel is at somewhere near Bangkok Palace. "be sure to tell the taxi if he don't know about Ecotel since its quite a new hotel"
5)Food wise is good unless you don't mind having the same kind of different variety every morning
6)Latest Rate for airport transfer is 500 baht.
One comment i have to add is the "on and off" of the water temperature and the renovation. But with so many good point against bad, i would live with it. Value for Money!!" |

| "This place was recommended to us so we tried staying here, the place is nice and clean however, they are not accomodating in terms of letting the client extend hrs minimal/without charge specially if the flight is at midnight. They will charge you the whole night stay even if you arrived late and paid the whole day.

| "1. LOCATION - Although is is touted as being walking distance to the skytrain at Sukhumvit, it is easily a 20-30 minute walk in the hot sun and dusty traffic. It is impossible to get any taxis to use their meters (all of them want to make a "shopping" stop) and tuk-tuks are worse. ALL taxi drivers do not know where this hotel is located (even if the address is given). Access to this area is one-way only and highly inconvenient. The transport service at the hotel charges 800 baht vs the usual 300-350 baht for one-way airport transfers.
2. ROOMS - The air conditioning is either too warm or too cold. The thermostat does not seem to work at all. There are no carpeting in the rooms. It's cold, bare tiles (but not mopped daily). Very strange for a city hotel.
3. BATHROOM - There was no door on my shower cubicle. Only a shower curtain that was not quite wide enough. My sister's room had a glass door though. The bath mat was not changed the entire 4 days I was there.
