Decent hotel for price range. A bit aged, but still in overall good condition. Close to river, shopping and transportation. Walking distance to Lebua State Tower with (somewhat pricey) bar on top floor and spectacular views of the city. A bit difficult to find, but comfortable location. Rooms (actually: Suites) are spacious and decently maintained, not always spotless though. Rooms can get a bit noisy towards the street side, ask for room to the back. Service was quick and appropriate. Breakfast is a buffet with decent choices. Overall an acceptable and reasonably priced accommodation.

| "Hotel is obviously older and rather dated and a bit shabby, but we had a junior suite for a very reasonable rate and it was fine. The bathroom was nice although a bit poorly lit. The bedside lamps did not work. Had a nice kitchen with a large fridge but no dishes or cutlery or extra glasses.
The restaurant was very dated-looking. The breakfast was not terribly appealing, but it was all right, and the staff were keen to help.
The staff in reception were all very helpful and friendly.
We liked the hotel location as it was easy to get to the Skytrain and to the river to take boats - very handy. " |

| "Couldn't sleep because of the air condictioning noise and the bad smell of the room.
The room was next to the restaurant, every day at 5am we listened to chinaware clattering.
The breakfast, for westerners, was terrible.
The internet wasn't free. Alas, it was much more expensive than any cyber cafe in town.
The restaurant has a very poor service. It closes at 11pm, we arrived at 10:35pm, and they didn't want to serve us because it would be closed in 25 minutes!!!! Incredible!!!!!!
They didn't clean the room in the last day, even replaced the toilet paper, just because we were proceeding late check out. But we paid half extra daily rate!!!!!!
I will never recommend this hotel." |

| "at first you might be put off by the street that this hotel is located in, but don't be. I loved this place. It has a charm to it that you won't find at any large hotel. The location is central and near the sky train and the river if you want to take the boat. There is a pretty little pool at the top, rooms are spacious enough, the service is very friendly and gotta say they have one of the best breakfasts i've had anywhere and it's free. There was four of us and we said we would definately return to this hotel." |
