| "Room to small, no reading light over the bed. Have to leave the bed to turn off the overhead light. Walk sideways through the room to go to the bathroom (and with no light at night you're sure to wind up with black and blue shins. Location could be better, it's a good 15 min. walk from Sukhumvit to the hotel It's a one way street!!). There's no comparison with the Nana Hotel, with its larger rooms, bathtub, great buffet breakfast and excellent location, right in the middle of the action, for only 100 Baht ($3.00) more." |

| "swimming pool is damn small, can't swim at all.( Don't trust the Picture)
service is unacceptable.
hot water supply is not enough.
Water pressure is not strong enough.
staffs are unfriendly and rude.
The room view is totally different from what you see in the internet.
I have ordered Executive Deluxe room but the staff gave me Deluxe room and said that's the Executive Deluxe room.
However,
Executive deluxe rooms are clean.
Only good for Budget Travellers.

| "Friendly staff who were very helpfuland on the whole was a nice hotel. The room was another matter! It was small and uninviting. When I looked out the window there was a brick wall 6inches away so there was no real daylight. This was the 5th hotel I stayed in my 2week stay in Thailand and the first cockroaches I had seen in a room." |

| "This is an Excellent choice for any traveler that wants to be just minutes away from the bustle of Bangkok's Sukhumwit, still wants some quiet once back at the Hotel. I stayed at the Leela Inn with my wife and 2 years old daughter and we have been treated very good from the staff. Our room was spacious for all 3 of us, the bathroom was clean. The room was cleaned every day.
Good selection of breakfast and again very attentive service from the breakfast servers. Definitely a good value for your money." |

| "The location of the hotel is convenient to go the heart of Bangkok. Also, breakfast provided is quite appreciated. The price is also reasonable which allows low budget travellers to stay in." |

| "I was not appreciated the way the reception staff speak to the hotel guests. I am sure they will do better if they receive a proper customer service training. I believe they can improve the food quality in their restaurant if they put an effort." |
