horrible and dirty hotel
i pay for de luxe room and there are not windows,the cockroach was sleeping on my bed and all around the room.the check in was at 21:00 because didnt have rooms.
if you want enjoy your stay in bangkok dont book Unico Leela Hotel

| "This is an Excellent choice for any traveler that wants to be just minutes away from the bustle of Bangkok's Sukhumwit, still wants some quiet once back at the Hotel. I stayed at the Leela Inn with my wife and 2 years old daughter and we have been treated very good from the staff. Our room was spacious for all 3 of us, the bathroom was clean. The room was cleaned every day.
Good selection of breakfast and again very attentive service from the breakfast servers. Definitely a good value for your money." |

| "I was not appreciated the way the reception staff speak to the hotel guests. I am sure they will do better if they receive a proper customer service training. I believe they can improve the food quality in their restaurant if they put an effort." |
