| "Excellent service. Massage was horrible though, the person was unattentive and unprofessional, using her handphone during the session and even asking to use the room's toilet. A 2 hour session lasted 1.5 hours only.
Apart from that, room staff is polite, though command of english leaves a little to be desired." |

| "I stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time this year. This time they seems to have more staffs at the front desk which is good. I can see that the staffs they employ do speak simple English unlike last time. The staffs are friendly. They upgrade us to a Superior room when all the standards room have been taken up. We were so pleased with the upgrade! We love the superior room very much. The design is very nice although the furniture are not very good grade but it is ok overall.
The things that I didn't like about this hotel is they have really lousy breakfast. And they don't even inform you when they are going to keep the breakfast. They have really small front desk too. Which is not very nice when you step in. The lobby is not impressive enough. But the good thing about this hotel is they have free internet access wifi which is good!
The MRT is also less than 5 minutes away fm the hotel. Going to MBK is far, but to Chatuchart market is consider near.
I book through asiaroom which is pretty hassel free.
A reliable website. " |

| "This is nice hotel with friendly staff, clean, big, modern rooms and of course breakfast with a variety of choices.
About three minutes walk to the MRT station. I strongly recommend it. " |

| "This hotel was over exceed of me because the wide space inside of hotel and accommodation room. It's clean and good for short period business man or budget traveller. However, the price was a little bit high (it should start at 1,200 THB - might be good).
For overall were good ex. breakfast, nice reception, security and also car parking. It's good and would like the hotel always keep this.
regards, " |

| "I stayed in a superior room with free breakfast for 26 days in the month of June. The first room I was given is on the 5th floor had a sewer smell that was quite strong. I requested a room change and was given one immediately. The second room had less of a sewer smell from the bathroom but it was bearable. The room size is pretty decent and the king size bed was nice, but the carpet was quite worn and there isn't a full size mirror in my room.
Bathroom has no bathtub, but it did have a pretty big standup shower with a rainshower type shower head. I didn't use it though because looked dirty so I used the spare shower head that is connected to a hose.
I guess the biggest perks of the rooms is the free internet wifi and personal bottles of Listerine mouthwash.
The hotel is close to a MRT subway station but far from all the tourist sites. So if you're a first time traveller in Bangkok I wouldn't recommend this hotel. But if you've travelled to Bangkok frequently and you're looking for a no frills hotel with a good price and decent service than the Veronica Residence is for you." |

| "Big room. Nice room design. Bathroom a little small. Toilet bowl in a strange position behind the door. Poor TV reception. An unusual service - you get a small bottle of Listerin. Buffet breakfast ok. Reception service ok. About 5-10 minutes walk to MRT station. A little out of the way from the main hustle and bustle, so you won't find many food stalls or restaurants around the area." |
