| "The location is good for those who wanted to find the budget hotel. I am not happy with the bathroom facility with no toothbrush and paste supply. The shower tape and hole is old and sometime out of order.
Did not serve warm water to the room when requested.
The cafe is small and serve with the simple food.
Overall it is an ideal budget hotel. " |

| "Great value for money hotel.
The staff were lovely, the location was great, the
room was really nice. The only thing that could be a slight problem is the noise......the room maids were really noisy, and they've got phones outside the rooms in the corridors that go off really early.
Bring ear plugs though and you'll have no probs!" |

| "My first time encountered a hotel that asked you to fill in all the guests (8 pax) by yourself. Just imagine when you checked in at 8.00pm very tired from your tour. We have provided all the details (Nos. of rooms and nos. of person per room and who stay in which room) when we applied for reservation throug your website.
All the 3 counter staffs just stand there and wait for you to fill up the check-in form (8 sheets). Really crazy or the new mgmt must be foolish to implement such regulation (mentioned that they are not allowed to fill up the forms as instructed by mgmt).
No sound proof. U can heard doors closing or shouting not only in your own floor but those above and below you! How to sleep with such a big fanfare!
Breakfast, either no place to sit or not enough food or drink. So it doesn't mean that when u can find a table to sit, u will be able to get your food!
I will never bring my group to this hotel anymore!

| "I FOUND THE LOCATION TO BE QUITE GOOD AS IT IS KIND OF TUCKED DIRECTLY BEHIND THE PRATUNAM CENTRAL DISTRICT WHICH MADE ACCESS TO SURROUNDING AREAS ALOT EASIER. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL.THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE RUN DOWN BUT OK. MAIN GRIPE WAS THAT THE CLEANERS ONLY SEEMED TO WIPE OUT GLASSES WITH CLOTH INSTEAD OF REPLACING WITH CLEAN ONES WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A BIT UNHYGENIC. ALSO THE BAR/PUB WAS ALWAYS HIRED OUT FOR FUNCTIONS.SEEMS TO BE A POPULAR HOTEL FOR INDIAN/PAKISTANI PEOPLE.ALL IN ALL, NOT THE TAJ MAHAL BUT REASONBLE VALUE WITH DECENT SIZED ROOMS." |

| "When I booked the room we wanted a hotel with pool and the pool at this hotel was not what I wanted to take a swim in. Full with leafs and other small things that not supposed to be in a pool. The picture even showed some sunchairs but it only was two there which one of them was broken and no one of them had chushions." |
