Absolutely!
i sta y now at the Windsor suites many times allready and i will allways go back there! it is close to everything and the staff is nice and friendly, special the staff from the lobby bar, they absolutly perfect! The rooms are big! and in a good price! they will see me again for shure! Thanks to everybody

"I have been staying at the windsor suites twice a year for the last 4 years and now to my utter dissapointment it has become shabby and quite dirty also the staff were offended when I asked to change rooms as the wallpaper was falling off the wall and the room smelt bad It was only when a bell boy who has known me from my many visits spoke to the manager that my room was changed but to my amazement he had to say that I was English and could not tell me why this was relevant I do not hold asia rooms responsible in any way"

"Nice hotel, however service needs improvement. I found that even though I was well-treated (I am Caucasian) my wife who is Oriental did not receive the same courtesy or politeness from the staff."

"As usually enjoy me and my wife our stay on Winsor Suites. The staff are very service minded and obliging. We will for sure use the Hotel when we again visit our Thai-friends in Bangkok."
