"Quiet and relaxing location. Room large and airy with balcony overlooking pool and sea. Friendly staff and excellent service. Food good value for money. Convenient for golf players. Only inconvenience was distance from Hua Hin - more regular coach services required. Overall an enjoyable experience and one I'd recommend."

"Hugely disappointing overall. The room we had was a Suite which was huge, kept clean but sparesly furnished. Hotel food was very good when eating by the pool (and good value) but the buffet breakfast was way below standard - food left outside for too long, cold and lots of flies/wasps. Lack of facilities at the hotel - pool was adequate, gym equipment very tired and that was it really. Hotel is in an isolated position and needs facilities to compensate for that, something they did not have. Beach is reached by crossing road in front of hotel (minor road)and was not kept clean and tidy. Unfortunately we would not stay here again."

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful swimming pool that was great with shaded and unshaded areas for basking in the sun. The rooms were huge and nicely decorated with great views. The location was a little inconvenient because it's a little far away from any town but it has a minimart so that was convenient. It would have been better to have free transfers to Huahin. The breakfast there was good for westerners as well as asians. Compared to Hilton, I'd say the swimming pool area is better. It was less packed with tourist, so it's a romantic place for honeymooners. The hotel restaurant needs to increase the variety of their menu for the guess who needs to regulary order from them. The restaurant staffs were nice, especially a very attentive male staff who had always served us with a smile and had made our mornings cheerful. One downside is that the hotel didn't have enough fluent speaking staffs at the front desk. There were some misunderstanding at times. Overall, I'd say I'd return to Springfield on my next visit to Cha am."

"Pleasant, quiet hotel, nice rooms, lovely Thai food at very reasonable prices, massage, manicures etc also very cheap. You can also eat at a few beach shacks even cheaper, which many guests did, but we decided not to in case of food poisoning, and no need anyway as the hotel food was so good. Hotel runs a mini bus to Hua Hin, lots of good restaurants, but more convenient to catch the frequent public bus by walking down to the main road, as you can come back whenever you like. I would be happy to recommend this hotel."
